Saturday tip:

You are going to have to get used to the concept, that not everything you see posted here, is in any way relevant to you.

Do not assume that it is relevant to what you do. This is how we do this. We have a ton of different exercises because we are trying to find a solution to a short term problem. This short term problem, when eliminated via drills and specific exercises for THAT problem, can then transfer to the main lift.

This is the method of "Decomposition training", that is shared by many other countries methods.

Here is one important thing to remember.

"Fitness training, is not sports training"
